An Associate Press article on the Post-Dispatch reported two parents have been convicted to six months in jail and 10 years probation for the death of their 10-year old daughter.
When the daughter presented symptomps of diabetes, the parents decided not to take her to the hospital but instead prayed for her to get better. She died, and they do not regret their decision.
